Originally from upstate New York, Troy Clark came to the Vail Valley in the 1990s and began working in construction. He quickly came to appreciate the area, the weather, and the people, and has spent the past 30 years building and remodeling homes throughout the valley.

Troy’s experience spans everything from individual kitchens and bathrooms to full-condo remodels, multi-room renovations, basement finishes, and larger residential projects.

After years of working on demanding projects with larger local builders, Troy launched Clark Construction to provide homeowners with a more direct and personally managed experience.

Every Clark Construction project is overseen by Troy. Clients communicate directly with the owner, and Troy remains closely involved in scheduling, subcontractor coordination, jobsite conditions, quality control, and day-to-day decisions.

Over three decades in the valley, Troy has developed strong relationships with trusted local tradespeople. His experience helps him assemble the right team for each project and hold every trade to a high standard.

Troy’s favorite part of the work is seeing the completed transformation of a space and the difference a well-executed renovation makes for the homeowner.

Outside of work, Troy enjoys hockey, cars, and anything mechanical.
